Unlike many other letting agents, we exclusively offer a fully managed service, ensuring complete care and attention for your property. With us, there are no hidden fees or unexpected costs—everything is transparent and included. This gives you peace of mind, knowing that every detail has been handled professionally, so you can relax while we manage your property from start to finish.

We charge an initial administration fee of £250 at the start of the tenancy, plus a 10% commission on the monthly rent for the duration of the tenancy.
